Qualification Requirements
Statistician/Data Analyst
- Ph.D degree in Statistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in statistical system development, data management, or institutional strengthening.
- Proven experience working with government departments, donor agencies, or statistical organizations
GIS/IT Specialist
- Ph.D degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Govt: or statistical/data-driven organization.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, database administration, software development, and digital system strengthening.
- Experience with statistical or survey related software.
