Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Required Qualification

MBBS with MPH or an equivalent qualification.
Valid PMDC Registration Certificate.

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital management.
Experience in public policy.
Experience in project administration.
Financial management experience.
Planning and development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Government policies and Board decisions.
Manage hospital administration and operations efficiently.
Supervise administrative, clinical, and technical staff.
Manage hospital finances and ensure proper utilization of funds.
Maintain hospital assets and financial records.
Prepare strategic plans for infrastructure and healthcare service improvement.
Lead senior management and coordinate meetings.
Ensure implementation of approved policies and decisions.

Terms and Conditions

The appointment will be purely on a contract basis for three (03) years.
Contract extension will depend upon satisfactory performance.
Only candidates holding Local/Domicile of Balochistan are eligible.
Maximum age limit is 62 years.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
