Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidates will initially be hired on a 3-year contract (extendable if required) with a 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
Candidates will be disqualified if false information is provided.
Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Government and Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with the application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of the interview.
