Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position must possess one of the following qualifications:

CA, ACA, FCA from ICAP
Recognized foreign accounting qualification
ACCA, ACMA or FCMA from recognized institutions

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
At least 3 years in a senior management role
Experience in finance management, audit, banking, corporate finance, infrastructure projects or public sector enterprises
Preference will be given to candidates with energy sector experience

Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Company Secretary position should possess any of the following qualifications:

Member of Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP)
MBA, MPA or Master’s Degree in relevant discipline
LLB or LLM

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience
Corporate affairs and governance experience
Legal compliance and regulatory affairs experience
Public sector or infrastructure project experience will be preferred
