Qualification & Experience
- MBBS with MPH or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid PMDC registration certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital management.
- Experience in public policy, project administration, financial management, planning, and development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Health Department and Board policies.
- Manage hospital administration, operations, and overall performance.
- Supervise administrative, clinical, and technical staff.
- Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources and funds.
- Maintain financial accountability and proper record management.
- Prepare strategic and operational plans for hospital development.
- Improve healthcare service delivery and infrastructure planning.
- Provide leadership to senior management and hospital staff.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain official records, and implement approved decisions.
Terms and Conditions
- The appointment will be purely on a contract basis for three years.
- Continuation of the contract will depend upon satisfactory performance.
- Only candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan are eligible to apply.
- Maximum age limit is 62 years.
