Eligibility Criteria for Legal Advisor
- Candidate must be an Advocate of the High Court.
- Preference will be given to Supreme Court advocates.
- Applicants must have at least 10 years of active legal practice before the closing date.
Eligibility Criteria for Tax Advisor
- Candidate must be an Income Tax Practitioner (IPT) Tax Advocate or Tax Consultancy Firm.
- Applicants should have minimum 5 years of active tax consultancy experience.
Remuneration and Tenure
The selected Legal and Tax Advisors will be appointed for a period of two years. The annual remuneration package will be decided by the institution according to rules and negotiations during the interview process.
