Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Professor in the field of Pediatrics registered with PMDC. Maximum age should not be more than 65 years.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all clinical and non-clinical functions of the institute.
• Prepare annual budget and business plans for board approval.
• Maintain and develop ancillary services including pharmacy, nursing, HR, procurement and security services.
• Ensure proper patient management and quality control systems.
• Conduct clinical governance and audit programs.
• Maintain financial discipline and transparency.
• Implement board policies and achieve institutional targets.
Terms and Conditions
• Appointment will be purely on contract basis.
• Only candidates having local/domicile of Balochistan can apply.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
